Now we've all heard that extremely lame and over used joke "HD, don't you know what that stands for?" get ready for it, here it comes "HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS". As humorous as this is it's not true...matter of face I bet you 50 dollars that I can find 5 things under 50 bucks that can make your bike look a hell of a lot better.
Now I've kept this pretty universal as I know you all have different makes and models so fitment can get pretty crazy.
1. The Axle Cap seriously the old front axle is something that can be a bit of an eye sore left uncovered and raw like that. Not just limited to Chrome you can get different styles to match your bikes theme. They average around $45 so with the change you can go out and buy me a thank you card.
2. Switch Cap Covers switch housings, master cylinders and control kits are awesome things but yeah they're out of our $50 budget. The cap covers however are an awesome item to include on your handlebar set up to really break up the front end of your bike. You'd be surprised how well they stand out on a bike with all black housings, it looks fantastic. You know what else is fantastic? They are about $30. Best present ever for someone you like, but not enough to spend over $50 on.

3. Fuel Cap Medallion yes I'm deadly serious. If you don't want to fork out for some flush mount, pop up, l.e.d caps (which are very cool by the way) I am in full belief that this is the next best thing. The variety on these is large; skulls, stars, eagle, hd motor co, flames etc Harley have got you covered. Easy installation with HD's super stick backing means you don't even need a screw driver.
4. Chrome Sprocket Hardware Yeah it's just bolts, but they are CHROME bolts and CHROME washers. If you don't have them on your bike at the moment go have a look at the bolts there. Pretty ugly eh? eh? This hardware kit comes in at $45 and is available across the Harley model range. It's a small cost for a big difference to your back end.
5.
Speedo Trims dress it up a bit. You can go diamantes, or just a plain trim with a visor. For Under 50 bucks you can make your speedo look like more than just a bunch of numbers and a needle. Made for all models these are great additions for anyone who wants to make a big impact without having to spend the kids tuition fees.
So there you have it 5 things you can do for under 50 bucks to make a difference to your bike. All are available at Harley City so I guess I'll see you when I see you
