The Nineteenth Great Race Corryong 2011
For the third consecutive year The Harley versus Indian Great Race was held at Corryong and surrounding areas.
Entrants’ motorcycles are limited to Indian and Harley Davidson’s manufactured before 1958.A record 120 machines faced the starter at 9.00am on Saturday. The route headed to Tallangatta the on to the Dartmouth Dam. The Laurel Hotel at Mitta Mitta provided lunch. Then back to Corryong via Cudgewa. Riders are scored on navigation timing and roadworthiness of their bikes. Older bikes are given a bonus co-efficient.
